Quote the job before you leave the driveway.

Talk through the work the way you’d explain it to the customer. Propozo writes the proposal — priced from your rates, in your words — and you send it from your phone before you’ve packed up.

Why we built it

Quoting shouldn’t cost you an evening.

You did the walkthrough, you know the job, and you know what you charge. Then it sits in your head until nine at night, when you finally sit down and type it out — and the customer who wanted it that afternoon has already called someone else.

The quote is not the work. It should take the length of the drive home, not the evening. Three things follow from that, and everything in Propozo answers to them: it has to be fast, it has to use your real prices rather than invented ones, and it has to work entirely on your phone — including in a basement with no signal.

How it works

Three steps, about a minute.

1

Describe the job

Talk it through out loud. The words appear as you speak them, and you can fix anything before going further.

2

Propozo prices it

Labour comes from your hourly rate, materials carry your markup, and your tax rate is applied. Every total is recalculated and checked — never guessed.

3

Review, then send

Read it, change anything you like, and send the PDF to your customer however you normally reach them. Nothing goes out until you say so.

Privacy

Your voice never leaves your phone.

The speech is turned into text on the device itself. The audio is analysed as it is captured and then discarded — never saved to your phone, never uploaded to us, never sent to anyone else. There is no recording to leak, because none is ever kept.

Your proposals and business details are stored in Canada. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app at any time. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Built for

Trades that quote on site.

  • Electricians
  • Plumbers
  • HVAC technicians
  • Roofers
  • Carpenters
  • Painters
  • General contractors
  • Landscapers
  • Flooring installers
  • Drywall & plaster
  • …and other trades

Propozo learns the words you actually use from the proposals you write, so the part names and brands in your trade get easier for it over time.

About

Made for the people doing the work.

Propozo is built in Ontario, Canada, for Canadian trades first. It exists because the software sold to tradespeople is mostly built for the office — job management suites with a quoting screen bolted on, priced per seat and set up by someone else.

This is the opposite of that. One job, done properly: get a good quote out of your head and in front of the customer while you are still standing in their driveway. No desktop step, no onboarding call, no training.

Questions

Frequently asked

Does my voice get uploaded anywhere?

No. Speech is turned into text on your phone, and the audio is discarded as it is processed — it is never saved or sent. The text of your job description is sent to be turned into a proposal; the recording is not, because it no longer exists.

Where do the prices come from?

Yours. You set an hourly labour rate, a call-out minimum, a material markup, and a tax rate when you sign up, and labour is always priced at your rate. Where a material price cannot come from your rates, Propozo estimates it and marks that line clearly so you check it before sending.

Does it work without signal?

Recording and reviewing work with no connection at all — that is the point of doing the speech on the device. Writing the proposal needs a connection, so if you are in a basement it waits and runs the moment you are back. Nothing is lost in the meantime.

What if it mishears a part or a brand name?

You see the text before anything is written, so you can fix it there. Recognition also improves as you go: Propozo builds a vocabulary from the line items in your own past proposals, so the terms you actually use get easier for it over time.

Can I change the proposal before it goes out?

All of it. Client name, the message at the top, every line's description, quantity, unit and price, plus terms, warranty and notes. Totals recalculate as you edit. Nothing is ever sent automatically — you always see the finished document first.

How does the customer receive it?

As a PDF with your business name and logo on it, sent however you normally reach them — email, messages, or anything else on your phone. Propozo does not email your customers on your behalf.

What does it cost?

Pricing has not been announced yet. Propozo is not released — we are getting it into the hands of a small group of tradespeople first, and pricing will be published before anyone is asked to pay anything.

Is my customers' information safe?

Client names and addresses are stored in Canada and used for one thing only: putting them on the proposal you are writing. They are never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone outside the services needed to write and store your proposals. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Can I delete my account and everything in it?

Yes, from inside the app under Profile → Delete account. It removes your proposals and their PDFs, your business details, logo and rate card, anything you uploaded, and your sign-in. It is immediate and permanent. Proposals you have already sent stay with the customer you sent them to.

Is there an Android version?

Not currently. Propozo depends on on-device speech recognition built into recent iPhones, which is what allows the recording to stay on your phone.
