Terms of Service
Last updated 14 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Propozo. The short version: Propozo writes drafts, you decide what goes to your client, and what you send is yours.
1. Using Propozo
By creating an account you agree to these terms. Propozo is intended for tradespeople and businesses. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
2. What Propozo does
Propozo turns a description of a job into a draft proposal, priced from the rate card you provide. It is a drafting tool. It does not give legal, tax, engineering, or regulatory advice, and it does not know your local code requirements.
3. You are responsible for what you send
Every proposal is shown to you for review before it can be sent, and you choose whether to send it. Once you do, it is your document and your quote.
Prices, quantities, scope, and any figure Propozo estimated rather than heard are yours to check. Estimated figures are marked in the app so you can find them. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your client, and we are not liable for a quote that turns out to be wrong, incomplete, or unprofitable.
4. Your clients’ information
When you enter a client’s name, address, or other details, you confirm you are entitled to hold and use that information for the work you are quoting. You remain responsible for it under applicable privacy law. We store it only so it can appear on your proposal — see the Privacy Policy.
5. Your account
Keep your sign-in secure; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your data.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use Propozo to produce anything unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading.
- Do not enter other people’s information you have no right to hold.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not resell or redistribute Propozo’s output as a competing product.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Propozo working, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Proposal generation depends on services we do not control, and it can be slow or briefly unavailable. Capture and drafting are designed to keep working without a connection.
8. No warranty
Propozo is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost work, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Propozo. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Ending it
You may stop using Propozo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a way to retrieve your proposals.
11. Changes
If we change these terms materially, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Propozo afterwards means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
